If you want to get yourself a funny doctors note simply go onto the internet and go to Google or Yahoo or MSN or Ask or whatever your favorite search engine is and type in the phrase “doctors note.” You will come up with tons of sites that offer many different kinds of these notes.
Then all you have to do is purchase, download, and print them out. Most of the notes online are relatively inexpensive so it shouldn’t be a burden on your wallet. Also make sure the notes you buy are legitimate (and not some crap that someone made up to make a buck). You can tell how good the doctors note will be by checking out the website that’s selling it. Is it professional looking? If so then you’re probably going to get some professional looking notes.
